Taz it is, Blacula. His gayleague entry reveals all - Power Girl told Hal that Taz had a crush on him before, and that Wally and Ralph knew and teased him about it.
Hal and Taz were on the team together very briefly, about a dozen issues in the second JLI run - after the Red Winter storyline.

OK so since I can't think of anything original...
A few questions ago I asked for the normal/English-language names of the secret identities of various heroes used in the Spanish translations of DC comics.
This round I'm asking you to identify the normal/English-language names of these Spanish translations of various DC heroes, villains and teams.
To make it a bit harder this time, I've jumbled them up so that related characters aren't right next to each other.
(As usual with my questions, whoever gets the last name, gets the next question.)

Note - Even though Capitán Frio seems like an almost direct transaltion of Captain Cold, the name is actually used in the Spanish comics for a different character.
Clue 1 - 5 of the remaining 7 characters are villains.
Clue 2 - Detective Marciano may be my favourite translation of them all. It makes sense when you think about it.
