What has intrigued me about the first two episodes is how major events have focused around the two most innocent of the party, the missing Sophie and the wounded Carl, both children. The despair Rick is suffering over both, plus the possibility one or both of the kids could go 'Walker' is demoralizing for the entire group. Great tension!!
I would guess (hope) that Sophie won't be resolved for a few more episodes, just to keep us all wondering if she will indeed pop up at any given time, and in what condition?

Just started watching... caught the first season marathon during the weekend the second season premiered... great stuff... sure this has been said on this thread before, but I'm not usually a fan of zombie flicks (except for "Shaun of the Dead")... still, this show kicks ass, and I'm going to check out the books, which I've never read...

Wild episode...although slow as anything in some places, one of the best episodes yet.
Actually Lash, is it that hard to figure out why Shane did what he did? Not saying I agree, but he probably saw it as the only way to save Carl and himself.

Shane with a gimpy leg was still outpacing the huffing and puffing Otis. Plus, they have to make you not like Shane...
