Tenzil, seeking to uphold the traditions of the Legion, insists that the new team be founded by a blonde chick, and a brunette and redheaded guy. Tenzil and Taryn already fulfill 2 of those criteria. Lester, in an effort to gain founder status, pays a visit to Phillippe (the super-hairdresser of space). But the dye-job goes awry and Lester ends up having orange Bozo clown-hair for an issue.
