I was hoping this character would go all the way to being the last character guessed but Kent just pipped the post with his correct guess of...
Wonder Woman!
Which, along with Batman and Aquaman, was one of the obvious answers all along when you think that Wonder Girl, Nightwing and Aqualad were the only characters there who could have identified a JLA member's obscure villain.
The villain in question was...
Professor Torgo!
Who had made one appearance before his dead body appeared in this issue and that was all the way back in Wonder Woman #46 in 1951!

Hmmm... I think the Titans were meant to be at the Olympics on the cover of issue #... 4(?). The one that first guest-starred Speedy.
