The Killers' latest song is really good. I don't remember the name though - "Mr. something" I think...
Gwen's latest is growing on me: "Whatcha Waiting For"(?) - it reminds me of Souxsie and the Banshees.

I just got Starsailor's remixed "Four to the Floor" which I like. The original has been out for a while now, but have you heard Kayne West's remix of Maroon 5's "This Love"? Its different but not exceedingly so. Another neat remix is Mike Shinoda's remix of Depeche Mode's "Enjoy the Silence" - totally Linkin Park'ed. I saw Jamie Cullum at the Fillmore a coupla weeks ago so I've been playing lots of him lately too. Anybody in to holiday music? I'm a sucker for modern holiday covers so I'm assembling my holidays tunes onto a playlist again...

The Killers song is "Mr Bright Side" - kinda reminds me of "Born Slippy" (a good thing). I'm totally into this song at the moment...

Ok, so I've been totally digging Destiny's Child's "Lose My Breath". The whole song is about berating a guy who can't come through sexually. It's the "I will survive" of the 21st century

'Look What You've Done' by Jet. Surprising because I generally don't care for Beatles-esque songs (love the Beatles, not groups trying to sound like them). It is the one tune that sticks in my head lately.

Why, yes, "San Angelo" is basically the same story as "El Passo" but with the names changed!

I've been getting into the band Phoenix lately. I reallly liked that song "Too Young" from Shallow Hal and Lost In Translation and their new album is cool too. I like "Everything Is Everything", "Run, Run, Run", and "Holding On Together"...
